I picked up a visitor with a pawprint with my personal train. He wanted to see the hippo, which I have. When I sent him into the building to be served, the paw print is now gone. The visitors that arrived on my regular train with pawprints are also being served, and their pawprints remain visible.
Same thing happened to me 2 times. The townies I picked up on my personal train had a paw print when I picked them up and nothing when they got to my town.
I sent a message to support in the game. I know they are a bit busy, so not really expecting an answer. I started a thread in the general forum, and apparently this is a problem that will need to by fixed. Many people have responded with same issues.

Same here. Managed to send several 'eggspress' townies to the sanctuary without a problem - every townie I pick up with the personal train, the paw print disappears when they arrive in my town.
I am waiting on a reply from support. They did answer, but there was a bit of confusion - probably on my part because I'm tired - so I have asked them to clarify. Maybe by morning.

Android, same problem here. I have served them but they leave nothing yet.
Same problem here with Android. After personal train pickups get to your town the paw print disappears and the served visitor just goes straight to the train station to be picked up.

Ditto -- I've had at least four disappearing paw prints from my personal train visitors today....
