Retreat option for Heroes

Just thought of this..it would be nice to have a retreat option to pull your Heroes out after realizing you deployed way too many troops for the job. By doing this you get to save your Heroes from extra damage that any remaining defenses in the attack may inflict. This could be another good feature that sets the Heroes apart from your regular troops. Also, I'm sure we have all deployed the king or queen by accident or at least thought you deployed them too early so it would be great to pull them out if not intended to deploy them. Any thoughts?

This could lead to free farming and basically free troops with no cool-down. See you could just pull out your king before he dies and continue to attack with him, completely making the resting period worth nothing

the damage he receives would still have to be healed..its always been that way. Just cuz ur Hero does not get dizzy doesn't mean he/she doesn't need healing time. I've attacked plenty of times and ended battle early to save my Hero from prolonged damage and healing time or when i've acquired all resources. next person's opinion please!

So what would be the purpose of having a damaged king defending your base??? Also, theres already a distinction between regular troops and the heros, They have their own platform, they can defend the base without being donated, they are triple the size, and their health shows from a black bar.

My post clearly says this would be another feature that sets them apart. And theres no such thing as a damaged Hero really if they heal. i don't know the levels of ur BK or AQ but mine are decent at level 9 and 8 respectively which take an hour and a half to heal full damage. All i'm saying is when I deploy my king or queen and realize they have dealt significant damage in the attack where the rest of my troops can handle the rest of the attack without help from Heroes that it would be nice to pull them out. They would still have received damage and need to heal so i see no real abuse in this. also i shouldn't have to say this but the heal time is dependant upon the level of ur Hero right, so a level 1 hero is easy to overcome and the heal time is what like 30 minutes? So in attacking a base defenses tend to prioritize attacking heroes first and they still deal good damage even as a Hero increases in level.

Yes, indeed i do read, and lol you sure are defensive about your ideas. See now we dont NEED this idea and if it is implemented it wont be for a while and there will be some type of catch. But heres the thing, supercell made it on purpose so that if you king faints he needs rest and even when he is damaged he needs rest regarless if its 2 hp of nearly all of it. If you have sooooo many troops left over AND a barbarian king left over then maybe you should rethink when to use your king or what troops to put down

maybe ur right..but with TH 10, 3 xbows, wizard towers, soon to be level 8 mortars, and inferno towers...the game nearly demands that you upgrade and use your Heroes. whether you use them as a shield for ur normal troops or your purpose for using them is the forefront of your attack to deal heavy damage. However, not all bases are this tough right and you simply enjoy using your AQ or BK, my idea simply gives players an added incentive to get them (for players who don't have them yet) and it MAY or MAY NOT reduce the heal times on ur Heroes. I say this because everybody is not always fast enough to save their heroes, many times i tried to throw a heal spell on my Hero when realizing he was close to dizzy but wasn't fast enough and the Heal spell won't heal him from dizzy? :-/ The COST for using ur Hero would still be there meaning if u decide to use him/her and they receive damage they would still need to rest but if u decide to pull them out early using a retreat option for them they wouldn't need to rest as long, players might enjoy playing the game longer with the use of their Heroes and Supercell may get more gems in the process..its only natural from a business perspective that the longer someone stays in your store (in this case the game) the more likely they might buy something (use gems). so rather than ending my attack early and realizing i would lose out on gaining any remaining resources just cuz I want to save my queen or king from unnecessary added damage because remaining defenses will target them first seems kinda dumb to me where it would just be better to pull them out, save them from SOME damage (not all damage), continue attacking and gain any resources u may in the attack.

SC's objective is to get more money, like most companies. Pulling out a hero means less heal time, and top players who gem will need to spend less gems to heal their hero if they pull them out early. Since it will decrease SC's income, SC will probably not implement this idea. Would be nice though.

Do you even have a king? It doesn't work like that, making your post completely folly.
