Am prepared to be patient , but just wanted to see if I was the only one still experiencing this inability to download the update? When I click to open Hay Day it sends me straight to download it, I click "open" and it just sends me round in circles. happy to wait till tomorrow, but wanted to let someone know in case it is just me and ask if Im doing something stupid (it wouldn't be the first time?!)!

Update - the easy answer, I found, was to do the update direct from the App Store and not via login to hay day. This has worked for me, so probably worth others with this problem giving it a try...Quote:

I am also stuck in the loop. I went to the App Store outside of the game and still could not upgrade. Any other hints?
Experiencing the same issue since the update this morning. Stuck in the loop
Issue was fixed for me by upgrading my iPad to iOS 10.3.2.

I am having the same problem and have been for 12 hours now! I have never opted out of the derby but guess I will be this week!! Very disappointed and hope hayday resolves this issue asap!!😣
I had to uninstall hayday from my IPad and was then able to install with the upgrade. I wish I had done it hours ago.
I'm having same problem. Posted a new thread before I saw this one. Sorry. Any other ideas to fix? I miss HD!
