Hey supercell, I've been thinking that our default keyboard looks so unnatural but an in-game keyboard with an advanced game related word prediction would just make it a total package. An in-game keyboard developed by the supercell family would just make it so cool.
I shared this idea in help/support but they told me to write it here and check if it has already been shared by other player so just registered to the forum.

I suppose it may appeal to some folk but we gave up with clan chat anyway because it's pretty useless really.
Until SC allow a decent chat engine and realistic clan messages then most serious folk will use an OOGC app of some sort anyway. In which case this would just be another useless distraction and a big complication for SC when you consider how may different languages would need to be programmed into predictive txt
I would much rather they spent dev time on solving real problems
You don't like the feels of your current keyboard? Then download a skin or install a new one. Why do you want clash-related word prediction? If you have developed the habit to type swiftly ,then chatting will seem no problem. Use acronyms. Supercell should put their efforts into game related stuff.
First of all when you say "we" I'll assume you're talking about your clan who has gave up on clan chatting, so apart from "we" this is a pretty big word sir. We talk in our clan all day everyday and i believe we are not the only one who does that. Your clan has gave up on chatting doesn't mean it's not worth adding some new features regarding clan chat and yada yada so no i dont agree with you.Quote:

Its not unrelated to the game. All i was thinking is when we enter the game everything should belong to supercell even the keyboard and make it a "total package", having supercell's own interface would definitely make it more fun to watch and play and it wouldn't really be much of a pain since they're good at what they do and I'm sure if they ever changes the interface of the keyboard they won't come up with some boring designs and as far as the solving issues concerned there's always room for improvement and it does getting better and better and better. Sorry to hear that your clan gave up the chat. But only your clan did that not everyone's. It's not useless as you say it. If it was, why would Supercell include a chat system? From your point of view, you might be right but from ours you're dead wrong bud
ITS a very good idea Areefin....In fact i have been having this idea for along time....indeed superercell needs to do a keyboard with particular emojies supported by coc....Supercell has listened to fans and given the GEM MINE after years of requests i hope they listen to us as well.....

Do not assume that just because 'we' have given up on the clan chat engine that we don't talk. Quite the opposite which is why we don't use the in game chat engine which is restrictive and clunky. And (for us) the clan message may just as well be none existent because of the restricted txt and cool down.
We use an OOGC ( Out Of Game Chat) app that is not restrictive or clunky; it is cross platform so both clickers (PC Users on any OS) and swipers (Phone or Pad/ Andriod /IOS or win/Linux) can use it all the time - as well as using this app for CoC most of our members use it for a general chat or VoIp) all the time.
As for chatting with other members we do this constantly and I personally talk to most members every day: we train every day and every warrior acts as a mentor for a cadet (TH7 and below)
When at war ( twice a week with 2 rosters) the person running the war will voice with every participating member to discus strategies etc.
So Don't assume that just because we have found a better way to communicate that we don't chat. We are a strong can that have become very good friends - in fact the core of our clan knew each other before we ever started clashing and will still be friends long after SC has gone bankrupt and we are gaming with holographic devices in a virtual environment.
The tone of the OP was asking for an opinion. I gave mine
Disagreement is fine but a flaming without even reading or understanding the post correctly is a little extreme.
It is my opinion that SC need to fix the broken bits before they think about giving us extra toys that probably wont work properly out of the box anyway.
FYI 'We' is actually a very small word it is only 2 letters unless you use the French version but then it means something else entirely.
I graduated to 3 and more letter words when I went to grade school which was a little more than a short while ago.
As for predictive text I wander what some of the acronyms look like in different languages
