Clock tower to work on both bases

All clan members i have talked to think that when clock tower is activated, it should benefit both bases

Two different areas.

there could be a new building in the main base for clock, its a very good feature

Then barracks would have to be boosted and hero regeneration and spell factory when it comes out in BB.
