NOVA OZ FC - CWL Alliance member; International Clan looking for a few accounts

We are looking to add a few active accounts or absorb a small group of experienced clashers. Given the grind of upgrading Heros and the participation of several accounts in CWL leagues, we need to keep active numbers up as we like to do wars 20 or 25. We range from TH11 to new TH9s.
We are a Level 12 clan. We have 300 war wins. War win rate is solidly around 75% the past 2 years. We are in alliance for Arranged Wars, Potlucks and Champions War League (CWL) with Reddit Ace, and now Reddit Eclipse and Echo as well. Several of our accounts have gone on to very successful CWL seasons and we are looking to add fresh players to the clan as we prep or CWL season 3.
We roll constant war draw, and people go red shield when on travel, or upgrading heros, etc. Having enough active warriors in the clan allows people to take a break, farm, upgrade heros, whatever.
We are international. We take our wars seriously but more important is to enjoy the game and grow in the game. We have grown together in the game as the core formed summer 2014. Casual, good natured, fun, chatty clan but we are serious about our wars. Good donations.
Our rules are few and really very simple ... if you have a green shield, you could be put in war. If you are put in war, use both attacks – even if it's just practice or loot or to scout a higher up base. Donate what is requested, and be cool and supportive in the chat.
We expect and encourage well designed, anti-3 star type bases that keep up with the latest defensive strategies. We are very tolerant of people who want to learn new tactics, as long as people are trying to improve, it's all good.
