This could open a gateway for harassment. While I would like to think that each clan is mature enough to have respectable conversations between each othere, there are clans who like to showboat or takes it personally if they are losing. To avoid that and keep the game simpler, the two current chats are enough.
There is also a language barrier to consider. IceBird1's reason to be the biggest reason why it won't work.
