It may require a building or so in both bases or another boat this can happen every 8 hours like transferring night witch to village for using it for attack or to transfer ballon or Valkyrie or hog riders to builder base it will make attacks more fun
Bringing troops from each area could wreck the system. Even for future update, a group of high level Hog Riders, Valkyries, and such would make quick work of the Builder Base. Vice versa, the troops from the Builder Base could cause havoc with their special added to the main army with spells. It would require SuperCell to make a lot of balancing for each troop to transfer, so it would probably be simpler if each base has their own troops that sets it apart.
That's not to say that I wouldn't mind having a seasonal troop in the main Village, similar to how the Ice Wizard was brought for a limited time. The Night Witch would be a nice feature for the Halloween theme. Just keep the Builder Base special omitted.
