New hero- The Wizard king

What do you think about the Wizard king? It would be pretty op! I tested around with him in a DNS server hack, and it had a king/queen for every troop! The Wizard king was by far the best one. What do you think?

Description:
Cost-200000 Elixer
Health-1000(lvl1)
DPS-500(lvl1)
Movement speed-15
This is a hero. The Ice Wizard! The special ability would be to freeze every thing around him for 45s-1m. His max lvl would be 10(for now). He attacks both air and ground units, and is great for defense and offense! When this troop is injured in battle, and has to heal at his home village an ice cloud, with a radius of 6.5 tiles, will protect him in his sleep attacking nearby enemies with a powerful hail storm, which cannot be destroyed. This will involve some thinking a head before placing every troop down where ever. How ever it is not op. The only troops that can "break the spell" are the following troops: The Witch and the Ice Wizard himself. Those are the only trips that can destroy the cloud.

There's already a Wizard type Hero, the Grand Warden, this game should be limited on Heroes.

Yea, that's the Grand Warden though. This king could take the Ice Wizards powers from Clash Royal, and instead of using fire balls he uses ice balls, and his special ability could be to freeze a large range of buildings for a lot, longer of a time then the freeze spell it's self. And instead of an afro he could have a comb over!

The wizards dps and hp too high
and freeze defensive 45s-1m too long

45s ? Everything? That's a way too long period to freeze. Too OP man.

Ok, maybe his ability can be lowered down to 20s-30s? And I don't have any heros in my village yet to really get an idea on the HP and DPS

We have the Grand Warden. Besides, no one else wants to see another hero for the main base, just no.

For comparison , Freeze Spell has a freeze time of 5s at Lv1 (or 4 idk..). 20s is still too great and can be a game changer. And you should not try to make new ideas on whom you have no ideas about.

I did forget to mention that this is a builder base hero. And yes I don't have a lot of knowledge on heros, because I am only a TH 7 with no B king. It would be more helpful if I got some helpful feedback instead of people just shooting me down

Wizards are COC troops. Therefore, unless a wizard like troop comes into builder base, this post shouldn't have anything to do with builder base. I understand you want positive feedback, but in the actual base, we already have 3 heros. Sorry
