Clan War Troops Options.

I have recently contacted Clash of Clans' help and support on this issue/idea, they have linked me to this page to share my thoughts. Many thanks to them for helping me out.
So, this issue has been around for a long time but seems to have gotten worse over the years of Clan Wars; the Clan Castle Troops issue. This problem isn't much of a problem at all for very low level Clans and very high level Clans, but, most clans are mid level, and they are like that for a pretty long time. Starting to play Clash of Clans again, I have noticed that Clan Castle troops basically ruins the Clan Wars. The higher level players in the Clan donate max level troops to every player low to high so even if you are TH6 and you are attacking the bottom level player, you get about 0% on their base. Unless you are TH9+ you actually have a chance on destroying any base. I believe that Clan Wars should revert back to what it was intended for; pure strategy and skill without Clan Castle troops ruin the entire War time and time again. I mean think about it, most Clan Wars are won not on battle day, but preparation day/donation day.
Now, I know people like Clan Castle troops in War so I have a proposal, what if when your leader is starting a war, there is a small button on the side for you to press for if you want a Clan Castle troop-less war or a war with them. Everyone has preferences. Clans with whatever option what was chosen will be paired up with each other.
If this is implemented, it will finally, positively revert back to what Clan Wars was meant to be, cold, raw strategy and skill.
One button can set Clan Wars straight once again.

Could you provide the link that states clan wars were meant to not have cc troops?

I for one don't care for this idea in any way, shape or form.

Oh and bumping is not allowed.

I didn't say clan wars weren't meant to have cc troops, i stated my opinion on the topic.

And you don't have to be rude about it

Oh and unnecessary negativity isn't allowed

Saying bumping isn't allowed isn't rude, it's informing you about rule #4 that your breaking.

Yes you did say that clan wars weren't meant to have CC troops. You said "Clan Wars should revert back to what it was intended for; pure strategy and skill without Clan Castle troops". Being asked to provide proof that that was the intent for clan wars is the natural consequence of you making such an unfounded statement.

There was no rudeness and no unnecessary negativity in Tollboothwillie's post.

Speaking of unnecessary negativity, please do provide a link to something that says that it, or any form of negativity, is not allowed.

No, saying that you don't care about this idea in any way shape or form is a little negative. I mean seriously you didn't need to say that, can at you least be nice about it?
"revert back to what Clan Wars was meant to be" you took what i was saying the wrong way, i said revert back to pure strategy and skill, in simpler terms.
Lets stop this please.

The clan castle is self-balancing with regards to THx vs THx battles. If a TH6 has a L6 dragon in its CC on defense, what stops your clan from giving an attacking TH6 a L6 dragon in its CC to dispatch it? Provided you can't do it with Archers, of course.

Agreed, although not in the same tone or manner.

Clan Castle is a core aspect of CW. If the other clan donates lets say max level drag to a TH7, what is stopping yours as well?
