Level 2 clan needs townhall 10 and above players to grow!

Hello everyone. I am a maxed TH9 player and me with another friend of mine have opened up a new clan. but to run it and donate 24x7 we need players from other regions of this world so that someone is always available to donate and help new comers. I need a partner here and I'm open to learning! We would prefer TH10 and above players mainly but others can join as well.this is an adult clan and we focus on war though we are not very strict with it.
