Scam problem!

hi supercell.hoping u would read my letter here.i came here to save my friend.he was just hacked by someone.n now his account had been controlled by the hacker.the hacker is in a clan name 'Free gems' with flag colour purple-yellow-purple strip.the leader name is Lsqe2.it have 4 member.my friend's id name is Terry_Tay.even if you couldnt do anything with that,even my friend couldnt retrieved back his acc,i was hoping that u can do some favour for my friend.like bann-ing the hacker or the scammer.or maybe bann-ing the clan.i dont want the same thing happened to my friend happen to other player.im looking forward for your help,supercell team!

A bit confusing that the titel says scam, but the text talks about a hack.. So witch one is it ?

Dit someone "scam" your friend to give out his gamecenter login.. Then took over his player ? (would be my guess)

.. Or did it actually get hacked, like in the guy forcing access to your buddys device or coc's server ?

ohh sorry btw for the misunderstanding.my friend actually get lure by a free gem by the leader.i didnt know his stupidity over 9000 n at last he gave his GC id n pass.♥♥♥ -.-

btw i had named the scammer as hacker as he had changed everything.the password n the email id.pity u terry ;(

Not really anyone's responsibility here if they give away their account to someone else rather than legitimately getting their account compromised. Sorry to hear! Hope things get sorted. :)

Well as I said it isn't exactly anyone's responsibility since your friend gave away their account instead of actually getting it compromised without the account information. Sorry, though, hopefully your friend didn't get far and can restart CoC easily. :)

Your friend did a stupid thing. The problem is how does anyone undo this. How do you prove any of it. This could be a scam to take control of his account :p
But seriously there is nothing anyone can do but tell him to start again

And if a deal is too good to be true....then it's probably not.

Does he give away credit cards and PIN numbers to people he has never met tut tut tut I don't know

I was confused by this one as well, as the others have said giving your username and password for anything is just stupidity.

Sadly for your friend there will be nothing SC can do as he willingly gave over his account details to a complete stranger under the pretence of receiving free gems.
Players scamming players isn't something that Supercell accounts for.
