Does anyone know or use a base design app. Either for PC or Android? I would like to try to draw it (I can't draw) with an app. I am trying to find something on Google Play but so far nothing like what I want. Found something to help copy but I want to make my own. Thanks!
www.clashofclans-tools.com looks like it has a pretty good one.
I used to clashofclansbuilder.com, but they never updated after TH11 came out and there are some annoying bugs that cause maps to get lost. I haven't used clashofclans-tools before, but after playing around with it, it looks like it has everything.
