Change clock tower boost to 7 hours

reminds me also of CR where card request cool down used to be 8h too, it is sooooo much better now that it was reduced to 7h.
perhaps the dev teams should compare notes on this.

As well as reducing to 7 hours, it would be nice is the timer started at the beginning of the boost not the end, at the moment I get a new boost ever 8hrs12 mins so 3 boost per day isn't possible 2 days in a row.

At the moment I just aim for 2 and get a 3rd if I'm lucky

For me, i prefer that the duration is longer and be available every 12 hours. Here is why: i would like to use the clock during my 3 win attack, so that i can keep attacking without waiting for troops training. I prefer to play this game just once a day for 10 minutes each. Nothing more. My mentality is: get the three wins and get it over with. Just my experience.

Although I would like a reduction in the boost, I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

It would be a nice quality of life change though, but not game-changing if it isn't implemented.
