Similar to the Freeze Spell, this spell will temporarily freeze all units within its radius. The difference with this spell is that it is used defensively. This means that this spell is not used for attacking, but to defend with, and becomes a trap.
The idea for this spell is to make units vulnerable for a couple of seconds and allow the defending player, a helping hand. Although this may make a few heads turn due to the vulnerability of their troops, players still do have the option to use their own spells, such as their own 'Freeze Spell' and level out the playing field.
How this would work:
You place your spell over an area of your base (including on top of buildings/units) and move it, just like any other trap until you are satisfied with your placement.
The spell will be triggered when a troop comes within the spells radius, and will hold them there until the spells time is up.
Combining spells: There is nothing stopping the Attacker using a healing spell to keep their troops alive during these split few seconds.

As far as Graphics are concerned; i think that this spell should use a colour similar to the 'Freeze Spell' (But slightly different so players can distinguish between a 'Freeze Spell' and an 'Ice Spell') and use the same effects. (Grass/ Walls/ Buildings have a tint of blue when activated)
