IRON OBLIVION: Solid clan looking for war players who want to WIN.
My name is Todd (aka Ned Stark in the clan). Yes I'm a GoT enthusiast. I am a TH10 level 189. I think I am a good leader. I feel I owe it to the rest of the clan to do my best. I won't get mad I just boot the problems. I am fair and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt until its obvious they need to go. I'm usually the most active in the clan too.
CLAN
Iron Oblivion is the clan name and we are level 11. Our war record is 222-154-11 (as of 6-19-17). We're fairly laid back. Our chat is not always real active and we are not a super serious clan but we are competitive and want to win EVERY war. Due to players losing interest our record has suffered through some rebuilds or it would be significantly better. We are always looking for people who will be team players in war. We have a solid foundation middle up and are open for more leadership.
WAR/TEAM PLAYERS
We do use a war strategy. I know other clans use it too. #1 attacks 1&2, #2 attacks 3&4, we work pretty well together at the top (1-4 or 5) usually but its not always this specific. The bottom base attacks the bottom 2 enemy bases, the second from bottom will attack the 2 lowest that hasn't been 3 starred and so on. Of course it's a little more loose in the mid range. We want clanmates to be aware of what attacks have been used and where they should attack. For instance if 12 hasn't been 3'd and all attacks 9 down have been used, we expect 8 to try to take care of that base. Failed attacks aren't a big deal. We just want people to try their best and try to get better. If anyone is good at attacking specific bases out of that strategy they can call it out and we'll let them go for it. Team players are the hardest to find in recruiting. We expect all TH9s to be 3 starred, all TH10s to be at least 2 starred. That's our goal every war. A lot of time the middle up has to be perfect on remaining bases with stars left to win and that's not always an easy thing to do.
We war search around 5am-ish (EST) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
PROMOTIONS ARE EARNED
We've always had a loose promotion rule: good armies and attacking where we need in 3 straight wars will get you Elder. A lot of trust and time will get you Co. Donations factor in as well. But if someone comes in and really impresses then they can definitely earn those quicker.

-Don't ask for promotions
-Any TH8 & up
