Any good army for a th9 to go to champ?

You should unlock it and push and I think laloon is best

I used queen walk with valks and two golems as tanks all the way up to Champs one as a TH9.

Exclusively hit TH10's with open bases for one star, sometimes two on bad bases.

Hitting TH9's typically yields less cups per raid than hitting 10's.

queenwalk + gowivalks

Use GoWiWi, go for 2 stars, I got to 3653 with that army and KQ 15-15

my OPINION would be to use laloonion or babyloon but that's just my OPINION in no way bashing what you or anyone else thinks

I would use all dragons with max loons in CC.
Zap quake 1 AD, cut funnel with 2-4 dragons. Drop remaining dragons to go to core wth loons behind then. Rage and haste as needed.
NOTE : Do not attack single point infernos with this army.
