Bug ciudad del constructor

No puedo construir ni mejorar nada debido a que al querer construir me dice que el constructor esta en marcha y que debo pagar gemas para que termine lo que esta haciendo y no hay nada en construcción he pagado las gemas que me piden y no se soluciona.


i can't build or improve buildings because of wanting to build the system said that the builder is working and must pay gems to end the process but there is nothing under construction and i have tried to pay the gems and it's still unresolved and i cant post photos beucause that is the 840kb and i only upload 500kb:(

Unfortunately this forum is English only - Desafortunadamente este foro es solo en inglés.
When you click the upgrade suggestion box (top middle of your screen - the builder info) there you can see what is being suggested what you want to upgrade but you can also see what your builder is currently upgrading (see image).

Can you check on in your village?

When you press the builder suggestion box, what does it say? He must be working somewhere.
