New Dark Elixir Troop: ElecBot

So. A barbarian that has teleport ability which also happens to be useless. We don't want more barbarian clones, sorry.

Upgrade cost is too cheap, considering the training cost. Even minion's upgrade is more expensive.
Speed -> too fast.
Teleportation -> kinda useless.
