I've noticed the last day or so that when attacking a village and trying to draw out their clan castle troops, only about 5 troops are released at first. When I deploy further troops, their castle troops begin to come out. Another guy in our clan has noticed this also. If this is a change that supercell have made to reduce the lightning of castle troops then this is fine, but it'd be nice to know about it. :) Anyone else found this?
As long as your troops are in the vicinity of the clan castle, they will keep coming out. If you drop one archer next to a clan castle and it dies, the troops will stop coming out until another troops is placed within the area again. Hope this helps.
This happens to me too. I draw like 5 archers out because I think that is all there is, then I start my full attack and another 15 archers come out. :confused:
This happens if lets say and archer runs into the release zone, Troops start coming out then that archer dies. the troops that were released will run to any surviving troops. If the troops were alive in the release circle they would have all been released.
Like Ziderich said, is your archer/barbarian/etc. dies before it can lure out all of the troops, then not all of them will come out. This is also true if your troops walks out of the CC's range before all of the troops come out. Try spawning like five archers/barbarians/etc. to lure all of them out, then zap 'em or surround them with about 15-25 troops.
Make sure u lure them within the trigger area. I've never had partially released clan castle when attacking bases with easily lurable cc. Or...is it just me? lol
In the last day or so, this has been me dropping a minion and only 5 archers come out of the castle. The archers have to travel the distance to the minion, kill the minion. I drop another one elsewhere and a few more may come out. They are definitely not stopping coming out because my troop has been killed. There's quite an obvious space between the troops stopping coming out before they take out my minion.Quote:

Placing one more archer will bring the rest out (or atleast more out)
They come out in three waves - if you drop one barb, wait a second then drop another and repeat for the last they should all be out, then lure them to an un-defended spot and destroy
I have experienced this too. I was doing a balloon raid, so my ground troops were limited. I put an archer in the CC zone and a few archers came out. I lured them to a corner with a barbarian that then ran towards them. 3 more barbarians to keep them occupied and 2 wiz to kill the group. My 2 wiz and left-over barbarians then marched into the CC zone again and another group of archers left the CC, along with a wiz. I managed to take them out in a similar fashion and figured I was in the clear so I deployed my balloons...Quote:

This new 3-stage deployment of Clan Castle troops ruins the game for smaller players as they now hardly stand a chance to defeat the CC troops. It was difficult enough to beat 1 group, but this new 3-wave Clan Castle deployment is RIDICULOUS!
On my next attack I DID MANAGE to kill all 3 waves of CC troops, but it cost so much time that I didnt have enough time left to 3-star the base (that was 1 TH above me), even though all weapons were destroyed.
This 3-wave-clan-castle deployment is NOT a good thing for this game. Period.
