I think it would be cool and helpful if people could donate spells

No. How would this even work? And how fair is it if a lvl 100 donates a freeze spell to a lvl 20. Completely unfair. And welcome to the forums.

Pretty much the same as donating high lvl troops to low lvl players, but I see your point :p
