We should have a builder troops for the town hall because the builder are just left out they nothing to player and what i mean to by that is that they are never in important in clash of clan history they only important for building.
Attacks:What the builder can do is help troops for example if they is a air defense the builder can plan a attack plan to get the air defense or if so motor out of the way the builder can only help with a higher level base all he does is that he can also attack with a either a ballon or a hog ridddder! sorry i like hog rider
Defense:
So if there is a attack what the builder can and this is one time only is that he can build any mortar or any strong defense that can help but he is on a hog rider and the hog is carrying a cart with the mortar and air defense or cannon depend on the level person.

So if the builder is defense or attack he has to rest now the reason for this is because he a stronger lower leveled hero and he has go to enough but he is a builder he can build for you but he build faster than the other builder if a builder is low on health he decide to retreat this is a normal thing because the builder does not want to be knock out the only to knock the builder is to have a eagle art a mortar and air defense(only on ballon) so on the ballon he defense on a hog rider he attack on the hog rider he instuct the rider to go someone that is safety for the builder until the other troops take out the mortar if all troop died the builder come in faster with the hog get all defense and that it on ballon is defense so he basically the ballon take all troops and he defense by the passenger(Builder) with the cannon so there you have a builder hero.
Builder+Ballon+Cannon=Builder Ballon
Builder+Hog Rider+Hammer= Builder Hog
