Description: The iron horse targets a town hall, bowling down walls in its path. Once destroyed, it spills out 20 skeletons (with same stats as the witch's skeletons). Upgrades increase the number of skeletons inside the iron horse.
But, much like its pekka cousin, the iron does not like lightning (hidden tesla damage x2)

Targeting town halls is a no no, it's pointless. The idea of the game is to get to the TH, not go straight to it.

I think this is a pretty good idea but what level dark barracks would it be in

Youre talking out of both sides of your mouth, sir. So we have to get to the town hall, but not try to go straight to it? My thinking is that the troop will most likely be destroyed before it gets to the th, but will punch a hole in a base, leaving a 'lane' for other troops to go. This isn't, in my opinion, OP, since the chances of getting all the way to the th are slim. But, like any of the other troops, can be be very effective if used the right way.

My thinking for this troop is to have some sort of 'transport' vehicle, much like a Trojan horse that would insert weaker troops, like skeletons, into the middle of the base. I dont necessarily care if its a horse or whatever, im no designer.

Id say this troop would be available at th 9.

Maybe a battering ram of some sort?

Exactly. The idea is to create a path using a combination of different AIs, not dropping troops that go straight for the town hall.

This is a dumb reply. Why is it so terrible? How many other defense games have a unit like this, creating a new strategy for gameplay?

And Mr H, I dont understand why you're so hung up on this AI business and how its so horrible to have something target a town hall. The town hall is the only thing OF VALUE that isn't targeted. The horse(or whatever) would TRY to get to the town hall, but would not be successful on its own(hence the not-so-super-high hit points), creating a new strategy for both attacking and defending. Again, im failing to see what the big deal is if aunit targets the town hall - you make it sound like the game would be ruined!
My logic for targeting the town hall comes from the Trojan horse story or the battering ram in lord of the rings (Krog?). Those units went for the citadel, attacking the heart of the base, which isn't present in this game currently.
This unit isn't overpowered, doesnt wreck the game and would be fun to use as a brand-new strategy for raiding.

Lvl4 dark barracks seems alright to me
