Any troop in the spell circle would have 100% of its normal function, plus 100% of an archer's normal function for the next-nearest building than the one its attacking. Works for moving troops (inc. wall-breakers before the boom) and troops engaged with a building, etc. Imagine Goblins shooting the canon next door while stealing loot. Works for dragons but not healers. Mix with a rage spell for a flurry of attacking.
