Do lightning spells activate hidden teslas

teslas are'nt really a big problem I don't know what your worrying about

Sorry but lightning spells do not activate tesla's but when they are activated they can take damage from lightning spells.

I heard if you lightning someone's DE storage it activates people's revenge mode.
