I created a clan and 3 people decided to start kicking people out and were cussing. We had 45 people and now we have 9. We should be able to create ranks and choose what they can do. This is ridiculous.

The kickers are Me ( the guys name not actually Me ), the max guy, and burn guy.

You have to be really careful about who you promote to elder. Its best to either make everyone elder, make no one elder, or choose them based on who can actually be trusted. Agreed there should be more ranks, but in the meantime most of these incidents can be avoided.

If you make someone an elder you have to trust they do and act how you want them too. But giving someone the power to ruin your clan is your fault and no-one else's. I'm not having a go at you but you have to understand there are people out there who will mess with you for no reason.
Next time you make a clan or indeed in your current clan demote everyone and only make someone an elder when you can trust them
