Actually, it might be a little OP. Maybe there should be less of it available, and also the damage should be 2x, not 3x.
On a completely different topic, I think it would be nice if you didn't have the many enters, because it's somewhat annoying that I have to scroll down so many times instead of just a few times if you just double-spaced.
