Wow. Talk about huge disappointment. Their fan base is solely people with at least one iOS device. I know people that didn't buy an android just because it didn't have clash. And they hype it up like it will be the biggest thing ever and now I'm so disappointed in Clash. With all the excitement for this "big feature" it seems like it was more about revenue than current fans. The big update is: "we will have lots more fans." Uhhh... Awesome? Way to make me stay up 5 hours for that.

The reason I didn't get the S4 was because of Clash. What if Android, the easily ♥♥♥♥able platform, well, gets ♥♥♥♥ed.

Everybody needs to stop thinking pnly for themselves. Was a feature requested since the beginning not good enough? You really expected something that only has been requested, yet not shown as a feature at all? Clan Wars are the most overrequested thing here because everyone has their own version of it in their heads and people will always be saying "this way would be better" if it came out.
My little brother loves watching me clash but he only has an android so he couldn't play, so now he can. Did it effect me at all? Not really. Would I have wanted it to? No. Just see it as we finally got Village Editing.

I must have missed the hype, I saw no more than every other update? I thought the meet up was a fan meet up, a chance for fans to meet up with each other and super cell folks? I think that's what happened?
folks met with super cell, super cells largest issue since the companies inception will probably be the addition of android...since you play their game (in many cases for free) it seems reasonable to think you'd be happy if they are successful so the game continues. Android is a huge announcement for super cell, and anyone who can't see it is just a selfish spoiled brat.
It's time that many of you learn the reality, if it's good for super cell it's good for this game you like so much. Stop whining, that you didn't get what you want and be thankful for whatever you did get. You can play for free, or spend money, or not play at all, they don't owe you squat. They owe their business to succeed.

Well, to start with.
I am still unsure about the addition of the android CoC version. Well, I am sure tht some people will pop in and say, more loot, more loot.. I know, more loot, and I am aware of that. BUT, more active players means that it is harder to find inactive bases, considering that Droiders will be newbies, having low level villages at high cups, pushing the inactive bases off match making, making it harder to find inactives.. Anyway... I can understand SC's actions, too.. But, is there going to be a Droid HD?
And one last thing, more players mean more ladies, making me happy, so yeah...

Supercell, slow down the updates.. Let us wait for it. Make us wonder what it is! Yes, some people will get frustrated BUT you'll start to give updates their meaning back! You also get much more time to make more stuff in one.. But also release stuff who is not ♥♥♥♥ like this.

I think one of the problems here may be that we, the forum regulars are all Apple users, Facebook is not like that and one of the top requested things on there is Android support - so whilst it may not be mind blowing for us it is for a LOT of people.
Still it is what it is, the way I look at the situation is at least SC isn't off doing another new game and forgetting about this one they are instead focusing on keeping Clash fresh.
BTW love the pic, he's not on there but i've always related myself to Ned Flanders, I have no diddly-doodeley idea why.
For a game that is pretty much at it core a tower defense game, village edit mode is a pretty mind blowing addition to the game, if your base is all about townhall outside and free shields then I can understand why this doesn't seem like a big thing, but for every attack that is made in this game there is one defense which means this game is a much about defending as it is about attacking, at present it's a pain in the but to redesign your base, I simple avoid doing till I absolutely have to... this is a pretty huge and very much asked for update for a very long time.Quote:

It's quite sad to see how many people are quick to be turncoats when concerning this game. We as a community get something a lot have asked for for a very long time (w regards to the base editor) and are still seemingly unhappy?! The way i see it theres gonna be a lot more inactive raids a lot more premature raids and a lot more players as a whole whats not to like about coc going to android think of it this way we have had the game a year android will be just getting the game within a few months a lot of ios players will be nearly maxed while android players will just be starting their first storage upgrade.
As far as base editor this will only apply to me in a few months when i transition to th10 i rarely change my base so no biggie for me even tho it will be awsome to be able to move things in village without having to set something completely outside of village to replace it with something else.
