•The challenges become a chore. The unoriginality of the trials shine through making them a bore to complete.
•Time Limited Trials. You should be able to complete the trials at whatever pace desired. The time limit puts an annoying sense of urgency and panic, I play this game to relax and have fun.

Overall it was a good experience and I thank Ludus for having me.

Would like to discuss this matter here as it was opened here. I thank you for your honesty but I really think you missed a lot from the trials if you feel like this. Taking this on a point by point basis.

Firstly timed challenges are set to see how good a farmer you are. If you struggle to make 1 million in an hour then it suggests to me that your army comp and base selection are wrong. We have studied the best farmers over many months and feel that 1,2 or even 3 million gold is entirely possible to achieve in one hr. To achieve that it take practice and effort. Most players at TH7 struggle but any player at any level will always benefit from the test. It will help you become a better farmer.

If you couldn't get good, consistent loot sub200 then again, you could have asked any elder for advice which would have been freely given, there is also advice all over our forum on sub200. It's a shame you were playing at a timezone that wasn't covered by our elder team otherwise both these issues would have been addressed for you and you would have made much faster progress.

Our elders and leaders put a lot of time and effort into setting these trials up and running them, so we require effort in return from our members to take them in a limited time period. We are looking for serious players not casual players that lack the desire to take on and complete a challenge. That is why there is a time limit, otherwise players just wouldn't bother to try and so many here, (read past reviews) have felt grateful for the push.

I'm glad you brought up these issues though as it gave me an opportunity to really explain our trials system in the Centum Ludus. I hope it encourages others to want to join and take on the Challenge!!

Centum had a knockout tournament over the last few weeks. 4 Champions from each Clan contested in a one on one format to see who could achieve the most gold in one hour.

After 4 closely fought rounds 2 were left.

RoosGianni Centum Ludus vs Karl74 from Centum Ludus.

The result was Roos managed a new Gold Rush record of 3.37m gold in one hour, without using any gems at all. Karl achived 2.87m a new record for a TH8 player.

Massive congrats to both of you for such brilliant scores and to the rest of the players in the Tournament!!

Hey Air, Thanks for your application. You seem to be doing a great job at TH6 and I see great potential there. However, the minimum townhall level accepted in our family is 7.

It is suggested that you upgrade your Townhall ASAP (shouldn't take much long as you are almost ready for it) and apply at Centum Ludus.
