Centum Ludus Trialist Reviews from the last couple of days

Well first of i like to thank the centum group for the support i got from them throughout the journey.they have been the best clan ive been in coc so far. The trails were fun at times annoying at time when i messed up in troops. Yet it improved my attacks and got me further in wall upgrades. Finally i like to say i have loved my experience at Ludus.Thx to all who supported me.

At first, I thought the trials were going to be pointless and an absolute waste of my time, but afterwards I've realized that I truly enjoyed the challenge and that each and every challenge was specific to help one aspect of farming/efficiency while farming. I've been in some big name clans, such as Avarice, Eliminate feeders, LP, Aureus, but no clan has had as much as an impact on me as Centum. Everyone is like family, and clan chat is always hustling and bustling. I've said it before, but the challenges may seem daunting at first, but they truly strengthen farming skills and sometimes push you to the limit. Thank you guys for the awesome experience and for supporting me through all the challenges (esp #L3 lol)

It all started when I realized that I take clashing a lot more seriously than my clanmates in my old clan. I've only been in one clan, actually 2, that my coworker started. I was fed up with the horribly rushed bases and non participation in wars. I started looking on global, waste of time, and then supercell forums for a more serious clan that didn't war back to back. Seen the Centum group and didn't know what to think. It was obvious that a lot of time and effort went into making the ten clan group. So I applied and waited. Actually found a good clan on global that I joined only to have my spot open up for ludus 2 days later. Joined ludus and was kind of overwhelmed at first reading through the 10 trials. The 1.25 GG/hr seemed damn near impossible for someone with a wife and an 18 month old. Turns our it wasn't bad although it did take me 2 trys. First one I got 1mil. Challenge 7 was a lot more time consuming for me because I did the GG first leaving me at 1100 trophies and I went up to 2000. The best thing I learned was that minions are not as worthless as I previously thought. Bam all the way for G! My farming skills have improved just as much from the trials as they did from all the helpful advice I received from the co's, elders and other members. Watching all the replays is really cool and motivating seeing all thr loot that is out there. Pretty nice getting a full cc in usually less than a minute. This allowed me to use them much more often than I ever did before when attacking. All in all a great clashing experience and a head nod to the guys and girls that set this all up and keep it going! When I first started clash of clans i was a rusher, it all started when i was th 7 and realized i had to farm up my base. about a year later and we are a max th 8 . after upgrading to th 9 , i decided to look around the forums and i found centum, When i saw it I just looked at the requirements and said shoot, I'm not strong enough. but when i applied later, and got accepted i realized how big a deal it was to me.the trials may seem like a bunch of nonsense, but they will allow you to farm ridiculous amounts of gold. thanks to the trials I farmed 1.3 mil gold in 45 mins, and I had a great friendly MATURE family to help me get that far. This clan is my favorite, and even though i will have to take on Another set of centum trials in Centum Arena, I can honestly say it will be very hard to leave Ludus with all the friends I've made. Words of advice, If you Join the Centum family, your Never going to be leaving it!

On January 14th, my CoC life was surely going to change. I've applied for Centum Ludus January 8th, and I've checked back everyday since. I was getting impatient, but that's just my personality. I received a message, and right when I saw it, I knew what was coming up. This is where it started.
When I joined, I was introduced by a group of active people, who all looked mature and seemed very helpful. For a moment I didn't think clumsy old me would fit in. I am a dyslexic too, that just made it worse, even though I half got over it. They were the first people I met in CoC for probably a month. I was slightly nervous, but I managed to find the link and favorite it. This was the introduction.
I finished the first trial, and I thought all these trials will be easily done. The 2nd one was easy but time consuming. The kicker was trial 3. 1.25 million gold in one hour. Impossible. I never knew I could do anything at this level. I started off looking for collector raids and keeping my barracks filled up. I was off to a good start. My mind said I wouldn't make it, but my anticipations were keeping me going. This clan was good luck, and I was doing good after a while. The timer ticked down as I BAMed my way through. They gave me helpful tips I wouldn't complete the trial without knowing, such as attack when you reach 80 troops, and sometimes less. I made 1 million gold, but 7 minutes on the clock. The suspense was growing, and I kept searching. 3 minutes later, I find a lucky 400k raid, and BAM took a good 300k. I did it. My farming time here had made me learn how to probably triple my farming capabilities.I immediately posted my trial and got an instant response. It may seem geeky, but I was excited when the event happened. I've completed trial 3.
The rest of the trials were pretty easy, but super helpful and challenging at the same time. Completed L4 in 10 minutes and L5 in another 10 minutes. L6 took a while. I had to redo something 4 times, because like I said, clumsy old me be clumsy. L7 was my biggest push ever. I reached my highest trophy count and experienced what it was like to be in crystal (L7 took the longest, probably because I went up instead of down). L8 and L9 were long term, and I completed it. My time in Ludus was one of the best virtual times I've ever had. Thank you all for giving it to me

In addition to this application I'd like to add that I've known about you guys for awhile but wasn't ready to take the next step personally. I have now realized this is what I want and I will do everything that is needed to join this clan. If I was accepted, I would accept that the centum clan is now my new official home to move up in the centum family for the rest of my clashing career. I am a very dedicated clasher with, this might be to strong of a word but passion for this game. I want to learn I want to grow i want to do everything to not only strive in the centum family but encourage other clasher to join and promote the wealth and enjoyment the clan will give me.
