just asking if it is possible if I could join a clan to help me learn. when you see my stats you will straight away think no but I've been failing lately and need help fast from the best, as I am a clan leader and basically the mentor to 2 other friends of mine as they are even more hopeless. When I first started I just rushed as I didn't know it was bad (I had no one to show me how to play the game) then I came back got my clan back gathered like 40 or so active players then I did the stupidest thing, I merged most of my clan with a failing higher level clan to save them and then that failed and that clan died, so I went back to my clan with a few of the old members and but most of them didn't come back and on top of that because my clan was basically empty some of the people in my clan left and some went inactive then I had to kick out like half the clan and now we're failing wars. And I just want to know how to be a better clan leader and I want to learn how to collect resources fast to recover from my early rushing. Please I know that my stats aren't that impressive but I really need your help I just want the knowledge to make my clan succeed.

I'm town hall 8 but my buildings and troops are basically equal to mid th7.
I have 4 builder's huts.
I think my walls are 93 lvl 5 / 4 lvl 6 / the rest lvl 4.
