I came to Ludus as one of those farmers who use war armies to get loot. It was certainly producing results, but it was a very expensive way of farming. In Ludus, I learned to use low-cost troops and farm efficiently, and how to look for a good base to farm — yes, I just used to hit a base if it looked like it had enough loot, I never thought of actually analyzing it a bit before I hit it. I learned to next more, work fast, be patient and... even to read instructions properly! Jaya and Tammy, thank you for your help and your patience, you have no idea how much I enjoyed having to do the same trial three times... through my own fault. Not to mention collecting 12 million gold in three days, as a side benefit of the trials. I have been in Centum for 10 months and I am still learning new stuff, and making new friends. Centum Ludus is a brilliantly run, mature clan with elders and co/leaders always on hand to ask for advice, and I am absolutely loving being a member of the clan When I first joined I was welcomed straight away, and introduced to the dedicated Ludus website. I read about the Ludus trials and at first I found them quite daunting, but as I followed the advice, I found the challenges introduced a new fun variety to the gameplay, as well as making me a lot more loot than I ever have before. I have played COC for about 2 years but after my first week with Ludus I can safely say that my farming (amongst other skills) has improved a great deal; I have collected over 20 million gold in my first 5 days! I cannot say enough positive things about the Centum Ludus trials! Farming was always the boring part of Clash for me, but the series of trials in Ludus made it fun. The trials were just enough challenge to make you think about efficient troop composition and base selection with the end result being loot and more loot! Clan leadership was super helpful and supportive along the way. I would highly recommend Ludus and the Centum group to anyone looking to improve their game in a fun and non-pressured environment. - Sharknado
When my clan disintegrated with the townhall 11 update, I was forced to spread my wings and search for a new nest. I ended up hopping around to multiple clans that only desired max troop donations and had little to no activity level. Upon stumbling through the supercell forums I found the Centum Clan Group. At first I was hesitant to apply, But with nothing to lose I applied and was awarded a golden ticket to Centum Ludus. Centum Ludus is like no other clan I have ever been in. From its professional demeanor, it's elegant organization, and it's sociable and energetic members. It is an amazing clan where donation requests are filled so fast, it's unbelievable. There is no other place like it. Centum Ludus is a wonderful clan with experienced players who are there to bestow clash knowledge and new farming tactics upon you, along with their comical humor that makes you feel right at home. The trials themselves look intimidating at first glance, but they are actually a lot of fun and enjoyable to complete. I'm grateful to be a member of Centum Ludus and look forward to new adventures and challenges that await me. First of all, it was an honour to have been accepted by the Ludus clan, to pass the trials, and to have become a part of the Centum family. I started to play CoC 16 months back in time, and in the last weeks I felt the need to improve my knowledge on the game, so I started to look around for a Clan where I could learn more, with strong experienced players, but also a Clan with a real fellowship -brothers in arms- spirit. All the communication structure around Centum with nice internet sites and forum. And I’m glad that I stayed, I’ve passed the trials which were great learning moments. I have used troops I’ve never used before, and it was an awesome experience all the way. To finish I would like to thank all the really nice people from Ludus who have helped me all along. Once again the Centum Family has taught me some new things to better myself. This time it was in Centum Gladius, having just completed the Trials in Ludus I was a little nervous on how Gladius would be. To my surprise there was no difference I mean different members but the atmosphere was awesome. Everyone was helpful with the Trials and the feedback I was receiving was great. Although my busy work schedule had me behind on parts of the trials the Leadership was understanding and I was able to have a little extra time to complete what I needed. As I stated before, I highly recommend anyone in need of a home to apply it is certainly worth the wait. - lKNUCKLESl
Over the last two weeks I spent my time in Centum Gladius working on both my farming and warring. I took on their trials as a new 9.5 and the experience I have gained while I was there definitely worth the effort. The trials were fun, challenging, and helped remind me how much fun this game can be. I especially enjoyed the farming trials. I forgot how much loot you could get with barch, Bag, and bam. This definitely helped push me to tackle the new TH with all the new upgrades. As everyone always says, the best part of Centum is meeting all the awesome people who reside in each clan. Gladius is no exception as I met leadership members as well as new trialists who all make Gladius the great clan it is. Thank you to everyone in Gladius for making this a fun experience. Huge congrats to all of our wonderful farming efforts this past week! Leading the way for Centum, Testudo's very own Roponburgh farmed an impressive amount with 62m Gold, 61m Elixir, and 227k DE. And right behind him, consistently remaining one of Centum's top farmers each week, is -pe7er 39-, the Hell Hound from Cerberus! :cool: Peter managed to farm 61m Gold, 60m Elixir, and 258k DE, showing off his massive farming skills once again. Noxnin from Centurae also put up some truly amazing stats this week, 56m Gold, 61m Elixir, and 269k DE, while also donating a generous 4,445 troops at the same time. Nice job, guys! :thumbsup:
