They can. A th7 has once gone to champions. Check out http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...Fame-Continued. I heard this attacker used dragon and rage spell attacks. You could Th snipe. But i recommend you to look for base with lots of buildings outside of walls. You should use archer and try to 50% bases. Go to fk donators request for max troops. They give lvl 4 drags sometimes.
