If they where to make clans wars here is a major problem I see, farmers not being able to find clans they can be in without having to change their base. My solution is if they made clan wars is that you can have a base just for clan wars and one just for normal attacks. They should be combined with a base builder, my favorite base builder idea is Mastermind's idea find it here.
