Same problem here. Lost legend league badge (4976 cups). Grrrr. Not sure why they did this, maybe so that people can have less loot overall with the 4x star bonus event.
I got the same problem: my trophies remained where they were, but I lost my Legend League badge. Oddly enough, when I look at my clan, everyone else seems to have a badge except me. In particular, my second account appears to have a badge, but when I log in to my second account, sure enough I have no badge.
What is going on????
It hasn't done a complete reset. We have 5 people in my clan reset to gray badges. After they attack they get the badge back showing 0 wins (as normal after the first attack). However their donations haven't reset, and the other 45 people in the clan aren't affected.
PS - our guys who reset are amongst the most active ones so it's possible they've been online and others might reset later. However I still seem to have my badge
Come on Mods/those with contact with supercell at least tell us you have told them of this issue or that they are aware and working on it please. Its how u earn those big bucks....I mean peanuts for doing this for free ♥♥♥♥

THe issue is the knock on effect - first attack no win bonus and it places you in a lower league than you were before which has a knock on effect of les 4X bonus in the event and for the rest of the season...Ridiculous Supercell!! And as always contact us in game will come back with a generic explanation about how leagues work and not cover the issues at all and in here the mods/people who can contact supercell will ignore this post and not reply to say they are having a word with supercell..but they will jump on a few posts to move or perhaps post some cat pictures obviously...thats more important as we all know lol
Seriously annoying! After 22 days in the clouds, I was looking forward to buying a two-day shield and being done with Legends League. Ten more days of this is too much! And as an added insult, I didn't receive the loot bonus for my first attack after the maintenance.
Really hoping this will get sorted out!
In an effort to be directly candid and honest, the reset was an unintended side effect of extending the season. I'm looking into if anything can be done, but that's all I can offer at the moment along with a very genuine "sorry".
We did not want the season to finish later some of us are ready for the season to end
Well the best thing SC can do now is reset it for everyone.

I am not in Legends but this reset of badges seems to be random through the other leagues, my TH9 in Champ kept its new badge that I only got yesterday (so happy with the free gems, cheers) but my TH10 in Master lost its badge.
The only difference between the two was that the TH9 had used its 5 star loot bonus yesterday (and it wasn't available until after the maintenance break) and the TH10 had saved one up for today so it would get two bites of the cherry (so had one available before the maintenance break).
Not really a huge problem for me, just thought the extra info might help identify the root cause.
One of my accounts has 10 days, another has 3 days... the one with 10 days got reset... go figure??

This is sounding like a foul-up on SCs part affecting some servers only. How can some accounts have the season extended and some not? Come on SC, put us all back to 3 days to go - it's already been a long season.
Just a quick follow-up regarding the League badge reset, as I mentioned earlier it was a bug related to extending the season by one week. There were no trophies reset, but you'll still need to do one attack to place into a new league. As far as the reason why, I believe one of the other Community Managers will be stating something. But as I said, it was an unintentional side effect and I wish I could offer more than an apology for it.

Why then have some of my accounts not had the season extended, while one of them has? Will they now all have different seasons?
Same in our clan. My account reset (currently at 5466 cups). Many others have not.
I only push up the last week of the season. I don't like spending too much time in the clouds. But I can understand the frustration of those that have spent the entire month slogging through the fog. Another 10 days. That's gotta hurt.
I guess I don't really understand why people are concerned about it (unless you're just trying to survive to the end of legend league). I mean, yeah, I ate a T3 win bonus, but it's not really a big deal. Not like there some limit on how many looting attacks we can do or something crazy like that :smirk:

I could care less about the league bonus, but would really like to know why they changed the end of the season? That has been a fixed date since the season started and Legends have been planning their lives and shield purchases around that end date. Changing it with no announcement or reason, this close to the end..... Is not cool. Could we please get an explanation soon? The end game is already bad enough between the clouds and lack of anything to do with our bases. We don't need a random, moving target on the season end too.

As has been said to extend a season by 7 days without prior notice is PANTS...most people plan the end of season to finally take the family out as they have been a hermit all month...others plan shields and other parts around the end date fo season.

This was along the lines of what i sent SuperCell through in game help. Before maintenance 4931 legend league player with legend league win bonus and with the 4x daily win loot bonus at legend league level too....Afetr maintenance break no badge and first attack put in titans 1 despite winning as it did not know I was in legend before the maintenance break...Effect is loss of one win bonus, and all bonus difference til the end of the season made worse by the 4x daily bonus note being less as well...just difficult to swallow really and grating on meQuote:
