Legend league reset?

Customer service is "apologize first, apologize again to make sure it was heard, and then apologize again one more time to make sure" - wrong or right.. Not argue.

Opening, Body, Ending message.

SC has a habit of apologizing just once--when their hands are forced, and then they give an explanation why they were right (and why we are wrong), which really voids the apology in the first place.

Lets not forget, this was not something SC told us about. Players found out for themselves. It was purposely hidden for reasons unknown. Why try and sneak something in? I am passed caring what this new 'cool' thing is - but I am certain it will not justify sneaking a change through and then keeping players waiting for days on end guessing as to what on earth is going on with the league season.

All this thread and the current new hype threads would have all been prevented had SC simply said in the announcement..."We are also extending the season whilst we work on something new....please bear with us"

They treat updates and changes like area 51...it exists but you must not know about it lol

More like the Trump administration with all the little leaks than an area 51. Leaving players guessing what is fake news and whats the truth behind all of this

I agree, and I would have been upset if the season suddenly did end right after my -32 defense (2 star) this morning.

Take out the "exciting" to avoid the hype and, yep, this would've been a great in-game message as soon as they knew this was going to happen, preferably a few days before the previously scheduled end to the season. Again, I don't think SC intentionally tries to irritate players, I think they just don't actually understand their own game.

Something "cool"... Expect a fridgid response. Hype with no substance has burnt us far too many times.
"Soon"... Yeah, that. Where you only plan to extend the season once, we WILL interpret this to mean details released this week with release of new item on or before next Monday. If this is not the case, IT IS NOT "SOON"!

@Darian[Supercell] -- you by far have the worst job out of everyone on these forums LOL I mean that in a positive way, but I couldn't imagine having to deal with all the negativity and questions you get

Thank you for the upfront answers. I know this isn't a lot for everyone but to me as someone who spends a decent amount of time, and money on the game, what you are saying is enough of an answer.

I'm in your boots at this point. Even though I haven't posted til now I've followed this thread religiously hoping for answers myself. Unfortunely, every time Darian posts I lose a little more hope.
