Got my barb king without gemming today, won't even bother levelling it as its a nice freebie when it's up. Would love level 6 tier 1 troops although they should make them th9 only to give more incentive to take the loot hit :)

If L6 troops are limited to TH9, then TH8 will get owned by them each and every attack.
- Th8 will need a XBow to counter.
- Or allow L6 troops to TH8 too, so they have a chance to revenge.
- Or make L6 troops for a new TH10.
Any of these options would be more balanced than just giving L6 troops to TH9 on its own.
if they made level 6 troops, but they were far superior an upgrade relative to previous ones, ie. instead of a 15% increase in stats they got 40%, they could make them useable by th9 on th9 only, and make the game more interesting for th9 vs th9 battles
Far from all level 9s have maxed their research. There are obviously lots who haven't finnished their tier 1 troops even. They pop up all the time in my mailbox. Logic dictates that from all level 9s will be able to get the level 6 troops on the spot. But your statement is somewhat true - some TH 9 owners will probably be able to own any TH 8 base. Those who know how to (which is far from all, as we all know).Quote:

Most of my troops are lvl 5 so lvl 6 looks interesting.
My defense is maxed, mines and pumps at lvl 8/9. Barracks are lvl 7,8,10,10. Should I upgrade to th9 or wait and finish the rest before upgrading...getting antsy for the new troops..lol. Thanks
