Sugar/Dairy Demands ... What do you do?
I think we can all agree that we can never have enough sugar and diary products.
So, I’m curious about something.
Does anyone here have a practice they have adopted for keeping up with the demands for the sugar and dairy products? Other than NOT filling BOs that require them, which is something I already cut out.
Everyday I say to myself, “ok, I am NOT going to make a single item for a TO, instead I am going to make nothing but the sugar products and dairy products until I have AT LEAST 20 of each!”
It never happens.
I guess I have a compulsion when it comes to filling TOs.
Also, my barn is only at 625 and by doing that, it gets full fast.
Maybe what I need to do is this…
Concentrate on expanding my barn, get it to at least 750.
Then after I do that, take a whole weekend and truly do nothing but make the sugar and dairy products. Don’t fill a single TO or BO. (best time would be when a special event is NOT taking place)
Try to get my stock to at least 30 each of white sugar and cream, 25 each of butter, cheese and brown sugar. And 20 each of syrup and goat cheese.
Of course, something tells me that this will only last one day.
As soon as I start producing this like cream cakes, strawberry cakes, potato bread, ice cream, baked potatoes and coffee products… there goes my stock!
So, I would like to hear from others on how they keep up with the demand.
