I upgraded over night......
Is this for iPhone 4?
I can't get this to work.
Anyone know how to hard close the apps?
Thanks,
Marcus.

Apple say it worked with iphone 4 and up. to close the app you double tap the home button then there be a bunch of thumbnails depending on how many apps you have open. SWIPE UPWARDS on the thumbnail to hard close the apps.
i didnt update my iphone 4 i am leaving it on os 6 so i dont know, but so far i get some bit of freeze on my ipad 4 after the update but its pretty seamless on my iphone 5. so sorry i cant really help you with your phone.
I upgraded my ipad 4 tonight after I backed it up on iCloud. Ipad said it would take an hour, but it took about 1:15. The lack of contrast will take some getting used to. It looks anemic.
Updated my ipad mini for a few houra now. Anyone else noticing that Hay Day is very laggy and unresponsive IF apps are running in the background? If i close all then it's back to normal.
SC did you test this scenario too? Im interested in your experiences.

I am glad I started this thread, it seems to have been quite popular and everyone was able to help each other. My daughter is still with me 'working from home' at the moment (she's Laurasauras on the forum) she's happy to help but won't be able to answer questions immediately. However the likelihood is that somebody else on the forum will, so if you're stuck, keep posting.
Now I have a question, I play Hay Day on my daughter's iPad. (The poor girl left it with me six months ago and has never got it back!). She had never played Hay Day on the iPad, but had Game Centre set up in her name. When I started playing Hay Day she created a new Game Centre account for me in my name, and a new Apple ID and password for me as well. She plays Hay Day on her iPhone. After the update this morning her iPad resorted to her original Game Centre settings, ie. in her name, and we had to reset Game Centre in my name.
my question is, is everyone aware that you can run more than one Game Centre account on an iPad? And also more than one Apple ID? I know all the advice is that you can't run more than one Hay Day game, but would not two separate GC accounts and two separate Apple IDs facilitate this? We don't really want to do this but I'm just curious whether in theory it would work. Any thoughts?
Okay, iOS7 updated on iPod Touch 5 via Wifi. Everything went smoothly :).
Yes, the Apple ID is not tied with the device but to the service you choose to use with it (iMessage, Facetime, Game Center, AppStore...) and you can switch Apple ID.
I think it should be able but not recommended to have 2 farms on 1 device, each tied with separated Apple ID. Still, the risk of losing your farm is just 1 tap away (when asked to replace the current farm with the new one) and there is no recovery possible, given the bonding process farm-Apple ID is out of our control.
