Rename Boat Arrives Faster booster

It named Boat Arrives Faster but in-game, it make boats come sooner. What is not weird? Faster mean that the boat should come earlier but sooner mean that the boat moves slower. Too weird. So, we should rename that to "Boat Arrives Slower" instead of "Boat Arrives Faster".

You appear to be a little confused. Sooner means quicker or faster not slower.

Not to mention it would be ridiculous to have a 'Booster' that makes a boat arrive later/slower.
