I have a feeling this may already be in the works but I thought I'd put this up anyways.
With Townhall 10 out and the price of all lower levels reduced it gives room for a Dark Elixer Drill level 7.
Possibly with stats something like:
Capacity: 2000(or 2200)
Production Rate: 125 per hour
Hitpoints: 1400
Just an idea.
make capacity 2250.
HP 1250.

The numbers were just an idea. I'd be very happy to see this added to the game. It's one of my favorite buildings.
I doubt this will be added but I would really be happy if it was! It would really make many more players move to TH10 I think...
Level 7 drill would push me over the edge to upgrade TH10, even with ~120 builder days left to fully max my TH9. If/when they do add it, I hope they make the capacity big enough that you can be away for a full 24hr and not lose any production.

I guess 140 or 130 will be better, and heading to 140!
I am just th 7 which is upgrading to th8, but I know th10 need very much de for upgrades of units or heroes, also for troops!
