Please can we have an audio alert for the chat mode. Just a ping, ding or bong! That's all. Nothing as Elaborate as a moo or baa, just a little ping and a notification banner PLEEEEAAAASE. Beg, beg, beg.

I agree. I have enough alerts now. I think the little red notice tab is sufficient as it tells you someone has posted in chat. Anything else dinging, ponging, twinkling, chiming or honking (ok that's my driving skills) is just too much.Quote:

I don't want it, the red dot is enough for me, but if others do then great, as long as we can turn it off independently of turning off 'all' sounds. I like the animals noises on low.
It definitely wouldn't eliminate the 'need' for kik (or other groups), they aren't just used because they send alerts.
I, personally, am against all sounds and noises. They are not allowed in my world. I have all sounds and music shut off in the game. In fact, the volume is shut off on my ipad and phone (and even my laptop!) and I also go so far as to make my mother-in-law shut hers off when we visit them.
Quiet is so peaceful!
What a miserable bunch u really are! They could be turned off! What about the rest of us who enjoy the fun in this game!

Yeah ok so there are more fun things to do, but when u need to contact someone it's seriously frustrating! Each to their own I guess! I'm sure the people who would like this facility would have theirs turned on, and others with "better things in life to do" would have it switched off. This is a games of choices, who says what opionion is right, it's just an idea!

Yes, it is my opinion that I would not like this feature. But I would just shut it off. Now worries there!
Has it occurred to you that the person you're trying to contact might also shut it off? Then it would be pretty useless to you as well.

Well all I can say is, that chatting and voicing an opinion is obviously a good thing, otherwise what have u guys actually been doing when replying to this message? All debate is good, thanks for ur opinions.
