A Neighbor Deleted Me :(

@ ilovehayday, so glad you started this thread, it has been humorous and insightful. I too have had someone delete me, don't know why, helped when I could and tried hard not to raid, I do love to shop though 😄. As "raiding" will get you deleted, I have shown self control when visiting neighbours farms, well i think i have anyway 😜. But it's a different story when I go through the DD, it's there for the taking! 😄

I too buy stuff to help others out. I don't ask for help on sugar/dairy boats, if I can't do those myself I cast-off that boat. I too have some neighbours that only ever ask for those items And never ever help me, even on easy items like wheat, but I just can't delete them, I think maybe next time they will help...... Still waiting for that day😄

It appears whoever deleted you is a fool, their loss and many others gain.

I have sent a few GC requests to some of the folk that have posted here, seem to be a bunch of like minded and honest people. Hope I get some acceptances 😄

I have one problem at the moment and that it I still can't get into the game 😡

I haven't been deleted yet nor have I deleted anyone. I only have 6 followers and I think that some of them have not played in a month or so...but it's possible they could be in school and just don't have time. I don't flag any sugar or cream in my boat...if I keep it I fill myself but I usually will send it on its way.....I usually will not fill sugar/cream boats but I have a couple times when neighbors were trying for their Captain Achievement.

I won't say I have changed how I shop but I definitely pay more attention when I visit a neighbors RSS. Now when I go through the DD....it's all up for grabs.;) I do put a little bit of everything in my shop at least twice a day....wish I could put more often....maybe if I did my barn wouldn't stay so full...I have a tendency to keep lots of popcorn to help on boats.:o I have some neighbors that buy a little and some that might buy everything, but it doesn't bother me that much because I want it all sold so I can work on putting more in my shop. :rolleyes:

Well after reading, most, of the thread i would like to participate on it so here are my 2cents.

I haven't delete anyone ever since i started playing this game on late july this year, the only exception was a very high ranked (>80) that trade with me and offer something and them realized it was a mistake in the middle of the transaction so we just removed each other from the GC and a also blocked him here (don't ask because i will not say the name).

I think that every person that fallows me has it's purpose, some like that i sell LEM's, other BEM's, other wheat, other...

With that said i think that every person has a way of playing, some buy "responsible" for own use, other to sell, but i don't think i'm important enough to decide how anyone should play their game :)

I have never, yet, have been deleted but if someone does it both side loses because i do help, even on sugar and dairies my barn is always full and i can't stock everything so helping, even on that boats, is also helping me because i try not to open many sugar/dairies crates but sometime i must, because i don't like to wait.

I can't go every rss of my friends everyday, but once a week i do, and i always "raid" everything i can (barn space is always a problem), even if it just to sell again

With that said, don't take things personally, some people remove because they don't like the avatar, some because you don't help, some just want to have a smaller list never the less it's a very good feature that they add to the game.

To end my post if you need someone to fill the hole that being removed left just add me :)

Aww...thanks :) I am happy I made this thread too because yes, I lost one friend but I have gained 22 of the best neighbors EVER! I feel a part of a great family of farmers so maybe that one farmer deleting me was a good thing :) I only ever had the game's given slots for friends, what is it, 5? So I had 5 friends. Now I have more since using the GC way and am so excited to help, make goodies and do what I can to show my gratitude for the kindness of these fine people. So cool.

I'll send you a friend request in a sec. Accept if you want (oh, but disregard if it sends some funny message about me not knowing how to do GC. I can't get that to change even though I myself am changing the message..so weird and baffling.)

On another note: I am so close to level 50! SO SO close. But not quite at 120,000 coins for the candy maker so I am trying to tread lightly on stars. I am really excited about level 50! I had to share..lol.

Hey thanks for all the friend requests! You guys rock! I don't even hardly use the dd! My friends and neighbors are fantastic! Now I will dump the ones that want the help all the time but never never put up items for sale, and never help with boats. But always want help. If I missed any of your requests resend it. I had a wild finger! I think I refused someone.

After the update I deleted followers who haven't played for awhile. Then went through GC and deleted those who haven't played for over a month. I hate to lose friends if I thought they might come back, but it does take a lot of time going from farm to farm, especially for followers. With that said, I need to add some new friends because my current friends are either not asking for much help or are getting help so quickly I can't get to them. So if my current friends here would vouch for me (perkycox, pooh-808, tiggerr129, bobbyrae2) add me! I promise I won't send you weird messages while in my underwear!

I deleted 2,3 lower level followers,I went their store couple times a day,I don't have too many followers,so not too hard for me to visit their store,I notice their farm over two weeks,same place grow same crops,never change,animals always ready to collect or hungry,every machine was stop working ,so i think they quit game,hehe, you can add me in GC,

Sometimes i also buy low sell high. this do takes a lot of effort to page through the newspaper and constant refreshing by exiting the app and reloading.

I started buying feeds and also milk and eggs to supplement my own supply. The cost is negligent here. I am planning to get masteries on the 2 feed machines last. So right now, i don't really care abt it.

As for the $$ vs xp wise, i am still levelling pretty fast. I reached level 42 when? I think the day before? well i am at the halfway point already xp wise and i am selling all my stuff. If you continue to make stuff 24/7 never letting the machine rest, i check every 2 hrs fill some boats and EASY truck orders here and there, the xp do keep coming. I am picky with my truck orders i delete until i see the one thats easy items and good xp dont care abt the gold on truck orders cause thats not my main income.

If i am really low on items to sell, you will notice my stands have stuff that are produced real quick instead. For example, always have popcorn, shepherd pie, that kind of stuff... things that you make under or within the hour.

So, my stand are filled very frequently on a daily basis and this is taking in i get raided like crazy which really do annoys me more than flaming remarks on a forum lol

And thats the tl;dr of how one "low level player who sells so much of these products" does it.

I don't think I've been deleted. But not sure I would have noticed unless it was one of my fave nbrs. I have removed several though. But only cause they weren't playing anymore. I started playing back when the game first came out. So most of my nbrs were added a year ago. Many have stopped playing, so sad.

But I'm getting ready to remove some that (according to GC) do still play. But their stall is always empty, they never request help, they never give help. So even though GC shows they have played recently I don't see any activity so I'm thinking their play style is just very different from mine, so I'm planning to remove them.

Because I had so many old nbrs that have quit I've gone on an adding spree. I've sent a request to practically everyone in this thread. You all seem like good honest people. So if you got a friend request saying "Tea Party would like to be your friend in Hay Day." It's me.

Im currently selling lots of .10 wheat cause I'm desperate for building supplies. Once I get my silo and barn leveled up some more I'll go back to selling better stuff.
