It depends on your own personal preference and strategy honestly. If there were no air defenses in a base, then the obvious answer would be dragons. If the base isn't designed to beat a 'peeka', then the answer would be 'peekas'.
Dragons all the way, don't work about walls, and will wreak havoc. With air defence comes strategy such as destroying the air defence first( look how top players defend them)

i don't think peek-a-chu (pikachu) will be good against a dragon.

My preferences would be Dragons when you look at it the Dragons will only have to bypass archer tower, wiz tower,air defense and tesla.
And then Pekka will have to bypass walls, cannons,mortars,archer towers,wiz towers and tesla.
Dragons housing space is 20 and Pekkas housing space is 25 so you will have more dragons to hold.
So you think about it.
Just use 3 lighting spell at level 5 to take out 1 air defense and 1 lighting spell for clan castle troops and than deploy your dragons.
