If You Could Do It Again ... Would You?

Because I'm rich (in Hay Day) and all my fishing spot are expanded then yes, I would buy it all again.

Now regarding your situation:
Once you reach the level for lobster and later, you will get lobster soup (need 2 lobsters) for boat orders. Would you cast off all boat or rely on your lovely neighbor?
Right now lobster is time consuming to get, it may change in the near future. You better get the lobster pool as soon as possible and upgrade it to its max capacity (6 lobsters). First upgrade needs 45000 coins and 12 h, the second 52500 coins and 14h and so on...

The net maker is not a priority if I have to choose. Even with 1 fishing spot, you can get 3 fish filet in about 10h40m (1h30 for lure + 2min fishing + 2 h cool down) while the net takes 21h for 3 fish filet. If the lobster pool is not ready yet for at least 2 lobsters, I don't feel the need to have the net maker.

You will certainly need lots of coins, keep farming!

I want to clarify something because after reading the responses you might get confused...

You need the net maker to make lobster traps. It makes both fishing nets (totally worthless IMO) AND lobster nets.

Other than hiring Tom, there is no way to get lobster tails for the soup and pizza recipes unless you get both the net maker and lobster pool.

I really hope Sunshine has not gone and buy the net maker. LOL

What? Spend 45,000 just so that I can see two lobsters playing in the hot tub? I should be certified!!!

I'm not a high enough level to get those things yet but I think it would probably be useful. If I could do it again, I probably wouldn't fix the mine when I did.

Same here. When my mom started playing I told her to hold off on getting the mine until after she got the Coffee Kiosk. I told her, "there will be 9 levels where you will not need to buy anything and will gets lots of coins in that time"

I accidentally bought the smelter when i was saving for the juicer not to mention i had not unlock the mine then. I was like ARGGHGHGHGHGH... i dont intend to unlock mine before boat and fishing. i was slower than usual to unlock those.. did not unlock boat until level 28 and fishing boat at level 30+ all because of my stupid fingers i felt i had to unlock mine first =.=

hence i am careful now and NOT to browse the shop if i have nothing to do LOL
