Adi haudi = VIZIA ; How's that possible for someone to CHANGE their NAME????

Few days ago, my friend was browsing for some top players base for an inspiration as he was going to change his base..
He saw a base that he likes which belongs to Adi haudi (bonbee canada).

And somehow this guy Adi haudi was vanished, and when we try to figure out where this guy might possible went, we happened to see this guy by the name of VIZIA which happened to be (also) in bonbee canada and has similar trophy.

I mean, just look at both bases... The buildings, The Christmas trees, the flags position and everything... aren't they the same???

So, my question is... How is that possible for someone to change their name?

i think the guy created a new account in a another device with same GC (but with different name) then he synced the 2nd device with the old account...

just not sure...

You can't change your name and our support only changes names that are provocative. And even in that case, you don't get to pick your new name but will have to do with something like "UnicornRainbow".

I have asked via e-mail if i can change my name and i got refused... My IGN is Le which was a typo of Lew!

I know someone who had a provacative name, in German, and had his name changed. Supercell changed his name to ballsdeep

Few things:
-His English really isn't good so not sure on why he changed it, he just said he didn't like it. I guess it is possible to change but u gotta have a good reason and let supercell chose the new name for you.
-there's no supercell favouritism here and we don't have developers or supercell people in the clan or at least no one that ever came forward as being one.

He had his changed because he didn't like it. That is his good reason? Lots of people are told they cannot get names they dislike changed, if they get any answer at all.

So he manages to get in touch with someone, gets an answer (a miracle in itself) and is allowed to have the name changed. Why on earth would Supercell then take it upon themselves to decide what he should be called?

To all intents and purposes it looks like a 'top player' has been given preferential treatment denied to thousands of others. If that is the case then fine, lets know just how many gems you have to use to gain this preferential treatment.

u do know that right now, there are probably at least a dozen new accounts called 'angry testicle'.

It's presumably too late, but names should be unique!!
...if names are offensive...they get a chance to change the name...if it's still offensive...sorry, no more playing that account for you!

Why are we going back to the gems hate again Growler? I'm not here to fight, I have no idea how many players tried to change their account names and were refused. I haven't tried it so dont know. This player did managed to change, I don't know him well, he only joined us a couple of days ago so that's all the info I have to answer the initial question on this thread.

I think this can be wrapped up as it was answered here.

Support won't change names upon request - they will only change them if they are reported as inappropriate or some other similar extenuating circumstance.
