Supercell games no longer compatible with my device?

The giant thread on the top seemed to be about the game not loading. My problem appears to be it, along with every other Supercell game appears to have disappeared from the app store. So obvious solution was to search it through Google. It came up and when opened in the Play Store it is apparently "not compatible with this device" anymore or something. Despite it being currently installed on another device of the exact same model right now. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.

This happened right after I factory reset the device. And Clash Royale won't download either. Even though it was literally installed before the reset. In fact, no Supercell game will for whatever reason. When opened outside of the Play Store it says "this app is compatible with all your devices" or something like that. Try downloading it "this app will download soon" or something and never does. I checked for updates and the device is apparently up to date.

I'm not really good with any technical problems or stuff at all so I hope there might be an easy solution that I'm missing. But this tablet SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS anyway and I have a good phone that actually loads and works right and all that stuff. The reason I was going to post this was already kind of defeated but I'd still like to get an answer as to why this tablet specifically won't work. I'm probably going to smash it with a hammer and never use it again anyway.
