[BUG] Tap more times on building

Hey,
Before I start I've a
- Iphone 5
- ios8

What have I try to solve the problem?
- reinstalled coc
- close all background Apps
- clear cache with CC Cleaner
- started the phone and obviously the game new

My problem:

Before the update drops the game was so fluent. Everything run smoothly.
If I tap on a building he select it immediately.
Now after the update I must click a couple times on a building to select them or zoom really really close in.

If I try to tap it and it shows no reaction he does nothing.
Also today if I started the game there were no wizard on the Tower and no archer on his building.

It would be nice to get an real answer and please not those standard support answer -.-
Please fix it it is not playable!!
