Wins registering as losses in builders village, and game freezing

I have had multiple battles in the builders village register as "defeat" when it clearly states I won the battle with a higher destruction percentage. I am also having trouble when I first open the game, it freezes for about a solid 5-6 seconds before I can resume playing.

If you had higher % but less stars it's a defeat, just to clear that
