Is it just me or have people in the 2200-2400 trophy range havnt had a lot of cc troops...i have raided alot of people this weekend and only a few have cc troops and heros..i hope i dont jinx my self..has anyone else noticed it or is it just me

You are probably just attacking inactive bases... Or attacking when most people are sleeping in your server.
